Our Hunter Valley Vineyard
Wollombi Wines produce a range of wines, including Semillon, Rosé, Shiraz and Sparkling wines. The first vines were planted in 1994 and at harvest the fruit is selectively handpicked with one intent – the best possible quality.

Our Story
The first vines were planted on the property in 1994 and what started as a passionate commitment to produce the best Hunter wines continues to this day. The winery is a high quality boutique family run vineyard and all the vineyard work is carried out by family members so there is a close personal interest in producing the best possible grapes. Our 25 year old Semillon and Shiraz vines receive little or no irrigation so yields are usually around 2 tonnes per acre. As a result, the focus is on quality and not quantity.
