The Wines
Wollombi Wines produce a range of wines, including Semillon, Rose, Shiraz and Sparkling wines. The first vines were planted by the Hoft family in 1994. At harvest the fruit is selectively handpicked with one intent – the best possible quality.
Local Produce
Simon Hoft has created a delicious range of gourmet produce, which is available from the cellar door at Wollombi Wines, online with wine orders, or from a range of Farmer’s Markets. Why not try Shiraz Chilli Jam, or Leb Chips with Hummus.
The Vineyard
Wollombi Wines is a family owned and operated boutique vineyard, adjoining the historic village of Wollombi in the NSW Hunter Valley, gateway to Wine Country. The vineyard is bordered by the beautiful Wollombi Brook, and is open seven days a week.
Ironbark Cottage
This rustic self-contained cottage is set amongst the picturesque vineyard at Wollombi Wines. Enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace, a tasting at the Cellar Door, spot kangaroos in the evening … all just minutes from the historic Wollombi village.
